Other Ways To Order

  • Please leave your request for a repeat prescription at reception or post it to the surgery. Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form.
  • You can also request prescriptions using the NHS App
  • Alternatively, you can send your prescription requests via our secure online form

Please note we do not accept repeat prescription requests over the telephone.

Please include your full name, date of birth, name of the medication you are requesting and which pharmacy you would like it sent to when requesting by email.

We ask for 3 working days or 72 hours for prescription requests to be processed and issued

If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope).

Many of the local pharmacies collect prescriptions on your behalf. If you would like to use this service please arrange it directly with the pharmacy.

We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
