We welcome any feedback concerning our services whether positive or negative, as this enables us to review and improve our services for you, our patients.

Our Care Co-ordinators can discuss alternative methods to send your feedback to. All feedback will be passed onto the management team for review and action.

You may also complain to the Kent and Medway ICB Patient Experience Team:

The Patient Experience Team is available from 8am to 4pm, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, and will aim to respond as soon as possible within three working days. Each complaint that is received will receive an acknowledgement within three working days.
